I spent Friday night enjoying good food and good company at R. Thomas Deluxe Grill, a funky sustainable restaurant in Atlanta. I went with my friend Rebecca, and it was so nice to relax, enjoy good food, and chat.
I ordered the "ginger tamari"; quinoa topped with sauteed scalion, zuccini, carrot, and blue corn posole, with ginger tamari and dijon hiziki sauce. I've been to the restaurant a few times, and I usually get the same dish (a Thai bowl). I was glad I branched out, because my food was amazing!
Later that night, I headed to Emory University's homecoming ball with my roommates (below) and a bunch of friends. We had an great time dancing and hanging out together!
