Spring onion scrambled eggs

A perfect quick breakfast or lunch. Spicy, savory, and delicious! If you're on a tight food budget, this is totally something to try.


4 spring onions (green onions/scallions), chopped
2 organic, cage free eggs
.5 tbsp butter
generous pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper 
2 pieces toast/Wasa crackers

Place butter in a skillet on high heat. Once melted, add the eggs, chopped onions, salt, and pepper. Cook eggs until scrambled to your liking; remove from skillet and eat atop whole grain toast or Wasa crackers (pictured here).
