Sweden: Malmo

Photobucket Views from my semester abroad.

On our second day in Denmark we took a train across the water to Sweden and a pretty little coastal town called Malmo. Hayley and I spent most of our visit wandering the streets and suburbs on foot, admiring the architecture and visiting the city's parks. We saw Folkets Park, Pildammsparken, and Ribersborgsstranden (all public parks), the "Turning Torso" (the tallest building in Sweden), Slottsparken, and the Malmo Library. We also wandered around the Old City, where we saw St. Peter's Church, Gustav Adolfs Torg (Gustave Adolph Square) and Stortorget (one of the largest squares in Sweden).
