Philadelphia

On Sunday the 23rd Hannah and I braved the cold and took one last trip--across the river to Philadelphia! We got tasty Asian food at the Reading Terminal Market, saw the Liberty Bell, toured Independence Hall, and walked to Love Park to see the famous Love statue and browse the park’s Christmas market. We finished up our trip to the city with delicious gelato from Capagiro’s!

We ended our day with dinner with most of my extended family. My aunts and uncles and cousins flew in on Sunday to celebrate Christmas and my grandma’s 80th birthday, and it was so nice to have everyone meet Hannah. After dinner we went to see the Hobbit—I have to admit, I was a little disappointed, but it was nice to spend a little more alone time with Hannah before she headed out the next morning!
